Appeal, No. 4, Jan. T., 1971, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, March T., 1967, No. 343, in case of Ralph Chase, Jr. v. AMF Western Tool, Inc., Weinberger Co., Scranton Auto Ignition Co. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries. Before ROBINSON, P. J.

Verdict entered in favor of all defendants and against plaintiff. Plaintiff's motion for new trial denied and judgment entered on the verdict. Plaintiff appealed.
