Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Ansonia-Milford at Milford, where the court, Coppeto, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for judgment of forelosure [foreclosure] by sale and rendered judgment thereon, from which the defendant Dorothy Lerner appealed to court. Affirmed.

Dorothy Lerner, pro se, the appellant (defendant), filed a brief.

John T. Bochanis filed a brief for the appellee (plaintiff).
