Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London, where the court, R. O'Connell, J., rendered a stipulated judgment of strict foreclosure; thereafter, the court, Hurley, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment, from which the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.
