This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 6, 2022, for cases in which Salt Lake City, Utah, is the place of trial.

On September 13, 2021, respondent filed a notice of filing of petition and right to intervene. On October 14, 2021, respondent filed a first supplement to notice of filing of petition and right to intervene, notifying the Court that respondent mailed two copies of the notice of filing of petition and right to intervene to two different potential addresses for the non-requesting spouse, Marcia Leguizamon, and that both of the copies were returned to respondent's office as undeliverable and unable to be forwarded. Respondent detailed his efforts to locate Ms. Leguizamon.

On April 4, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file, on or before May 9, 2022, a status report or a supplement to his notice of filing of petition and right to intervene, updating the status of any further efforts to contact the non-requesting spouse.
