In Re: AIG Specialty Insurance Company, applying for supervisory writs, 18th Judicial District Court, Parish of Iberville, No. 69580. BEFORE: McDONALD, McCLENDON, HIGGINBOTHAM, CRAIN AND THERIOT, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The ruling of the trial court denying the motion for continuance is reversed and the motion to continue the trial is granted. Defendant should be allowed a reasonable period of time to develop discovery based on the surgery undergone by the plaintiff on or about August 6, 2015. The request for stay is denied as moot.
