Appeal from an order denying defendant's motion for a bill of particulars. The plaintiff, at the suggestion of the court on the argument, has furnished a bill of particulars which is satisfactory to the defendant. Order reversed on the law and facts, without costs, but with disbursements to appellant. Hill, P.J., Rhodes, McNamee, Crapser and Heffernan, JJ., concur.
