Motion by appellant to vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated March 7, 2016, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered December 21, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
Appellant's remedy, if it be so advised, is to move in the Civil Court for relief from the order dated December 21, 2015.
