ORDER

This consolidated case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 14, 2022, for cases in which Louisville, Kentucky, is the place of trial.  

On January 12, 2022,  the parties filed a motion for continuance.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is 

ORDERED that the parties' motion for continuance filed January 12, 2022, is granted and this consolidated case is stricken from the Court's  March 14, 2022, Louisville, Kentucky, trial session and is continued generally.
