By Notice dated December 16, 2022, this case is calendared for trial at the Court's Detroit, Michigan trial session. On February 15, 2023, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance of this matter. In the motion, respondent asserts that there is no objection by petitioners to the granting of the motion for continuance. The Court notes that respondent's Motion For Continuance was filed in duplicate and the Court will strike one as improper. The Court will grant the motion for continuance.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance, filed February 15, 2023 and listed at Index #15, is hereby stricken from the Court's records because it was filed in duplicate. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion For Continuance, filed February 15, 2023 is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's April 11, 2023, Detroit, Michigan remote trial calendar and is continued generally.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
