Summary Dispositions May 31, 1996:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the respondent is to show cause, within thirty-five days of this order, why the order of the Ingham Circuit Court dismissing the case should not be reversed because the order was premised on respondent's incorrect representation that petitioner had failed to move for reheating of the administrative decision from which petitioner sought review. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Jurisdiction is retained.
