On January 11, 2022, the parties filed separate status reports in this case. In their reports the parties note different summaries of the progress made to date on document production. In consideration of information contained in the reports, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before March 14, 2022, a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case. If the status report(s) show no meaningful progress in moving this case toward a resolution, the Court expects to set it for trial in Summer 2022.
