ORDER

Thomas C. Cameron, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motions to compel production of the February 4, 2021 trial court transcript and extend time for filing appellees' brief are GRANTED. Appellant's counsel shall secure the filing of the appropriate court reporter's certificate within 14 days after the Clerk's certification of this order. See MCR 7.210(B)(3)(a). The time for filing appellees' brief under MCR 7.212(A)(2)(a)(ii) shall be calculated from the date the transcript is filed with the trial court clerk.
