This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed April 5, 2024, and heard on May 6, 2024, when the case was called from the calendar for trial in New York, New York. Counsel for the parties appeared and agreed that further involvement in the case by the undersigned at this stage of the proceedings is unnecessary.
