No. 05-17-00450-CV
06-12-2017
On Appeal from the 401st Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 401-05450-2016
ORDER
Before the Court are appellant's (1) May 8, 2017 motion for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal, (2) May 8, 2017 petition for interlocutory appeal and application for writ of mandamus, (3) May 26, 2017 motion to accelerate the appeal, and (4) June 1, 2017 motion to request missing documents for the submitted supplemental record. The record in this appeal is due on August 3, 2017. In an effort to determine this Court's jurisdiction over the appeal, the Clerk of this Court requested a supplemental clerk's record containing designated documents. The Court has reviewed the six supplemental clerk's records that have been filed. The trial court signed an order on April 5, 2017 granting appellee's plea to the jurisdiction. Because this order finally disposed of the case, this appeal follows the timetable for regular appeals. Appellant filed a timely notice of appeal in the trial court on April 28, 2017. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.1. Accordingly, we DENY as moot appellant's motion for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal.
We DENY appellant's petition for interlocutory appeal and application for writ of mandamus.
We DENY appellant's motion to accelerate the appeal.
We DENY appellant's motion to request missing documents for the submitted supplemental record. Appellant shall direct his request for documents to be included in the clerk's record to the Collin County District Clerk. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.5(b).
