SYLAN CHANG, Appellant v. DISCOVER BANK, Appellee

On Appeal from the 152nd District Court Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 2013-77301

ORDER

On December 11, 2015, this court ordered appellant to file a brief by January 12, 2016, or the appeal would be dismissed. On January 6, 2016, appellant filed a letter that said, "To date I still have not received all requested items from Discover. I am requesting another postpone of trail [sic] date until I get the requested documents." We will construe that letter as a motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief. Accordingly, we order as follows:

Appellant's motion for extension is GRANTED until February 11, 2016.

No further extensions will be granted on this basis inasmuch as the record on appeal appears complete and appellant has not sought to supplement the record.

PER CURIAM
