DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion to dismiss appeals taken by appellants-respondents for failure of prosecution.
Cross motion by appellant-respondent Beekman Central School District for extension of time to perfect its appeals and to consolidate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition to the motion and in response and in opposition to the cross motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals taken by appellants-respondents are dismissed, without costs, unless appellants-respondents shall file and serve a record on appeal and briefs on or before February 13, 2018, in which event the motion to dismiss is denied, and it is further
ORDERED that the cross motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by appellant-respondent Beekman Central School District is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect its appeals is extended to February 13, 2018, and it is further
ORDERED that the cross motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals taken by appellants-respondents and the appeals taken by respondent-appellant shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and briefs. The joint record on appeal shall include the appeals taken by respondent-appellant.
