The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 156 Conn.App. 124, 111 A.3d 966 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant on the basis that the plaintiff's failure to disclose an expert witness in support of her claims was a material fact to an essential element of her cause of action?”
