ORDER

PER CURIAM

Richard B. Chambers III ("Movant") appeals from the motion court’s judgment, after an evidentiary hearing, denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. Movant was convicted, following a jury trial, of one count of second-degree rape and one count of third-degree domestic assault. Movant was sentenced as a prior and persistent offender to fifteen years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on the second-degree rape conviction and to one year in the Audrain County Jail on the third-degree domestic assault conviction, with both sentences to run concurrently. This Court affirmed those convictions on appeal in Chambers v. State , 490 S.W.3d 798 (Mo. App. E.D. 2016).

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find the motion court did not clearly err in denying post-conviction relief. A written opinion would have no precedential value and would serve no jurisprudential purpose. The parties have been furnished with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for our decision.

We affirm the judgment under Missouri Supreme Court Rule 84.16(b)(2) (2018).
