ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On June 28, 2024, respondent filed a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy, in which he states that petitioner filed a bankruptcy petition at the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Respondent attached to his notice a copy of the Notice of Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 362(a)(8), all proceedings in this case are stayed. It is further

ORDERED that, although all proceedings are stayed, the parties shall, on or before January 15, 2024, file with the Court written reports (preferably a joint report) as to the then present status of the related bankruptcy proceeding.
