ANTONI DEJUAN CHAMBERS, JR., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge.

This case is currently calendared on the Court's Dallas, Texas trial session, scheduled to begin May 20, 2024.

On April 25, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution, which reflects a full concession of all issues in this case. The Court will direct petitioner Antoni Dejuan Chambers, Jr. to file an objection to the motion, if any. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 13, 2024, Mr. Chambers shall file an objection to the motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. If Mr. Chambers fails to file a response to the motion, the Court intends to grant the motion and enter a decision in this case in the amount set forth therein. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Mr. Chambers at his mailing address of record.

We note that Mr. Chambers has elected electronic service. It appears, however, that as of April 25, 2024, service to his email address of record came back undeliverable. Mr. Chambers is reminded that under Rule 21(c) of the Tax Cour Rules of Practice and Procedure, if his email address has changed, he must promptly notify the Court by filing a notice of change of address (or by emailing dawson.support@ustaxcourt.gov for further guidance).
