This case is scheduled for trial at the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, trial session of the Court that is scheduled to begin on March 18, 2024. On December 20, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial. Respondent states in the motion, among other things, that respondent was unable to reach petitioner regarding the motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 11, 2024, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial. If petitioner fails to file a response as directed, the Court will grant respondent's motion.
