The appellee's request for an attorney fee on appeal is granted in the amount of $3,161.25.
The appellant's motion to deny the extension of time the appellee requested is denied as moot. His motion to strike the appellee's brief on appeal on the ground that it was untimely is denied because it is without merit. The appellant's motion to deny the appellee's request for an attorney fee on appeal is denied.
