Motion for an appeal from the Kenton Circuit Court, Criminal, Common Law and Equity Division. Judgment denied recovery to plaintiff in action on contract for $284.60, and denied recovery to defendant on counterclaim for $100.


Appeal denied.

Judgment affirmed.
