Chamberlain v. Chamberlain

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jun 19, 2000
765 So. 2d 760 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

No. 1D00-0569

Opinion filed June 19, 2000.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Alachua County, Maurice V. Giunta, Judge.

Herbert M. Webb, Gainesville, for Appellant.

Zelda J. Hawk, Gainesville, and Robert L. Appleget, Jr., Ocala, for Appellee.

Having considered appellant/cross-appellee's and appellee/cross-appellant's responses to the court's orders issued March 22, 2000 and April 20, 2000, the court determines that the Amended Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage and Order on Wife's Attorney's Fees, entered August 27, 1999, is not a final order. Thus this court is without jurisdiction to consider either the appeal or the cross-appeal. The dismissal is without prejudice to either party to seek review upon entry of a final judgment by the trial court.

DISMISSED.

BARFIELD, CJ., KAHN AND DAVIS, JJ., CONCUR.
