ORDER


After making an independent review of the pleadings, files, and records in this case and the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge on the Defendants' Motion For Judgment on the Pleadings, filed July 23, 2001, recommending that the motion be GRANTED, I am of the opinion that the Findings and Conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and they are adopted as the Findings and Conclusions of the Court.

Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Defendants' Motion For Judgment on the Pleadings, filed July 23, 2001, is GRANTED and this case is DISMISSED with prejudice.

SO ORDERED.
