Opinion Filed March 6, 2006. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47.

On Appeal from the County Criminal Court No. 8, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. MA03-73230-J. Affirm.

Before Justices MORRIS, MOSELEY, and FITZGERALD.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Chadwick Chalmers was convicted of theft of property having a value of $500 or more but less than $1500. The trial court assessed punishment at 180 days' confinement in jail, probated for twelve months, and a $500 fine. We adopted a finding that appellant has abandoned the appeal and ordered the appeal submitted without briefs. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(b)(4). Absent briefs, no points of error are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
