Sep 1, 2000
775 So. 2d 342 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

No. 2D98-3305.

Opinion filed September 1, 2000.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Pasco County; Joseph G. Donahey, Jr., Judge.

Cedric P. Hay of Beil Hay, P.A., Hudson, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Robert J. Krauss, Senior Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

Brian Challis appeals the revocation of his probation and the sentences imposed for offenses occurring between February 25, 1996, and August 18, 1996. We affirm the revocation of probation without further discussion. Challis' sentences were imposed pursuant to the 1995 sentencing guidelines. We remand this case to the trial court to reconsider the sentences imposed. See Smith v. State, 25 Fla. L. Weekly D1273, D1274 (Fla. 2d DCA May 24, 2000).

Revocation affirmed; remanded to reconsider sentencing.
