Hearing Granted July 10, 1942.

Appeal from Superior Court, Alameda County; Frank M. Ogden, Judge.

Suit by Challenge Cream & Butter Association against W. B. Parker, as Director of Agriculture, to enjoin defendant from enforcing an order fixing the price of milk sold in fiber containers in the Alameda county marketing area. From a judgment for plaintiff, defendant appeals.

Affirmed.
