Appeal from the 394 District Court of Brewster County, Texas (TC# 4254) ORDER

Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion for pro se access to the appellate record. The motion is GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the Brewster County District Clerk forward a copy of the appellate record to the Senior Warden of the McConnell Unit, 3001 South Emily Drive, Beeville, Texas, 78102, for use by the Appellant, Ramon Alvarado Chacon TDCJ #1939953, under the supervision of said Warden and/or designated custodian of records. It is further ORDERED that the record shall be returned to the Brewster County District Clerk no later than thirty days from the date of its receipt. The District Clerk is directed to notify the Court in writing of the date on which the record was forwarded to the McConnell Unit for Appellant's use. Further, on the Court's own motion, the Appellant's pro se brief is now due on December 7, 2014.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 23 day of October, 2014.
