Upon due consideration of the Motion To Withdraw as Counsel, filed September 25, 2024, by Derek W. Kaczmarek, David R. Jojola, and Paul J. Vaporean in the above-docketed matter, it is

ORDERED that petitioner and respondent shall, on or before October 17, 2024, file an objection, if any, to the just-referenced motion to withdraw. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at petitioner's address of record. It is further

ORDERED that, until the Court takes action on the motion to withdraw, respondent shall serve a copy of any of respondent's filings in this case on petitioner at petitioner's address of record.
