ORDERED that the cross motion for an extension of time to perfect the cross appeal taken by plaintiff is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said cross appeal is extended to February 8, 2016, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by defendant is granted, without costs, and the time for defendant to file and serve his answering brief, which shall contain the points of argument on his appeal, is extended to March 9, 2016.
