No. 76-1280.

April 26, 1977.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Dixie Herlong Chastain, Judge.

Carling H. Stedman and Stephen L. Raskin, Miami, for appellant.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen. and Joel D. Rosenblatt, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Before NATHAN and HUBBART, JJ., and CHARLES CARROLL (Ret.), Associate Judge.

On this appeal by the above styled juvenile from a delinquency order, we have considered and find to be without merit the appellant's contention that the evidence was insufficient to support the decision appealed from. No reversible error has been made to appear.

Affirmed.
