On January 4, 2022 the Court issued an Order that contained a pre-trial schedule. The parties recently contacted the Court and are respectfully requesting the Court adjust three dates to the January 4, 2022 pretrial scheduling order. It is therefore
ORDERED that the January 4, 2022 Order is amended to reflect the following changes:
• Expert report deadline is extended to April 8, 2022
• Rebuttal Expert report deadline is extended to May 13, 2022
• Identification and exchange of any exhibits that each party may offer into evidence as part of his case in chief is extended to April 29, 2022.
