Confirming that joint venturers are indispensable parties, see Deal Farms, Inc. v. Farm Ranch Supply, Inc., 382 So.2d 888 (Fla. 1st DCA 1980), we reverse the Order of Dismissal with Prejudice and remand this cause to the trial court to conduct an evidentiary hearing to determine whether a joint venture existed, to make findings, and to take appropriate action.

Reversed and remanded.
