Appeal from the 205^th District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2013-DCV-1847) O RDER

The clerk's record was filed in this office on May 1, 2015, and upon further review of the record, it appears that the Order on Defendant's Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay Proceedings Pending Arbitration does not contain the date the order was signed.

Therefore, the Court ORDERS that the Honorable Francisco X. Dominguez, Judge for the 205^th District Court of El Paso County, Texas, enter a corrected order including the date the order was signed. The corrected order shall be filed with the District Clerk of El Paso County, Texas, and the District Clerk shall prepare a supplemental clerk's record which will include the corrected order and file it with this Court on or before May 11, 2015.
