It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that the motion to withdraw as counsel for tenant-appellant is granted only to the extent of permitting Richard A. Altman, Esq. to withdraw as counsel for tenant-appellant in this matter.
It is further Ordered that tenant-appellant's cross motion is denied in its entirety.
