ABATEMENT ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On August 1, 2024, we issued an order directing counsel to file the appendix containing a transcription of all electronically recorded portions of these cases. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.5(a)(1). On August 16, 2024, a portion of the transcription was filed in this court. Specifically, the record is missing volume 1 of the transcription.

The appeals are abated, treated as a closed case, and removed from our active docket. The appeals will be reinstated on our active docket when volume 1 of the transcription is filed. We will also consider an appropriate motion to reinstate the appeals filed by either party, or we may reinstate the appeal on our own motion.

Accordingly, counsel is ordered to file the missing volume of the transcription with this court within 30 days of this order.
