ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On December 15, 2023, counsel filed an Anders brief in these appeals. The proceedings in this cases were electronically recorded. Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.5(a)(1) provides that in cases in which the proceedings were electronically recorded, at or before the time a party's brief is due, the party must file one copy of an appendix containing a transcription of all portions of the recording that the party considers relevant to the appellate issues or points. Tex. R. App. P. 38.5(a)(1). Counsel has not filed an appendix containing a transcription with this court. Accordingly, counsel is ordered to file the appendix containing a transcription within 15 days of this order. If counsel fails to file the appendix containing a transcription, counsel's brief will be struck and the cases will be abated and remanded to the trial court for appointment of new counsel.
