PER CURIAM.
On December 15, 2023, counsel filed an Anders brief in these appeals. The proceedings in this cases were electronically recorded. Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.5(a)(1) provides that in cases in which the proceedings were electronically recorded, at or before the time a party's brief is due, the party must file one copy of an appendix containing a transcription of all portions of the recording that the party considers relevant to the appellate issues or points. Tex. R. App. P. 38.5(a)(1). Counsel has not filed an appendix containing a transcription with this court.
