For the reasons set forth in the Court's separate Order Granting Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment, Dkt. No. 49, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff Carmen Cervantes shall take nothing on her claims against Defendant Concentra Health Services, Inc. Plaintiff's claims are DISMISSED with prejudice.
This is a Final Judgment.
