ORDER

Respondent and petitioner, Mr. Cerejo, filed separate status reports on January 19, 2023, and January 20, 2023, respectively. Both reports state that Mr. Cerejo has yet to retained legal counsel. Petitioner's report states that Mr. Cerejo is tempted to try the case himself and respondent's report further asks that the Court issue an order requiring the parties to file another status report.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before February 8, 2023, the parties are directed to file with the Court a joint or separate status reports including a proposed trial date and a proposed pretrial schedule in accordance with the proposed trial date.
