ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge

On October 5, 2021, respondent filed a Motion in Limine asking the Court to allow records of financial accounts of petitioner and his wife into evidence maintained by Union Bank of Switzerland, now known as UBS. On October 6, 2021, respondent filed a second Motion in Limine asking the Court to allow records of financial accounts of petitioner and his wife into evidence maintained by Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV), Caixa (CGD), and Pictet.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before November 3, 2021, petitioners shall file a response to both of the above-referenced Motions in Limine filed by respondent.
