ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge

On November 17, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Compel Production of Documents. Without prejudging the motion, the Court observed that the discovery requests were reasonable and ordered petitioners to either (1) immediately respond and produce the requested information, or (2) if the requests were objectionable or the motion should be denied in whole or in part for any other reason, petitioners should so advise the Court by December 10, 2021.

On November 30, 2021, respondent filed a First Amendment to the Motion to Compel Production of Documents filed on November 17, 2021.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or December 27, 2021, petitioners shall file with the Court and serve on counsel for respondent a response to respondent's First Amendment to the Motion to Compel Production of Documents filed on November 30, 2021.
