Elizabeth CERDA, Appellant v. CROSSROADS MALL PARTNERS, LTD. and Target Corporation,

From the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2018CI23683 Honorable Antonia Arteaga, Judge Presiding

ORDER

LUZ ELENA D. CHAPA, JUSTICE.

On July 17, 2024, appellant filed a motion requesting an extension of time to file her appellant's brief. We granted the motion, extending the time to file the brief to July 26, 2024. Thereafter, the court reporter filed a letter, informing us she planned to file a reporter's record by August 8, 2024. We therefore ordered the reporter's record due by August 8, 2024. Because the reporter's record has not been filed, the appellate record is incomplete. Appellant has also filed a motion requesting an extension of time to file her brief because the appellate record is incomplete. After consideration, we grant appellant's motion and order appellant to file her brief within thirty days after the reporter's record is filed. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a)(2).
