An appeal and cross appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 16, 2021, And defendants-appellants-respondents having moved for a stay of all proceedings in Supreme Court pending the hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied as moot as per the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 26, 2021. The interim relief granted by order of this Court, dated May 14, 2021, is hereby vacated.
