Upon the stipulation of the parties dated May 16, 1990, the appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County (Harold Tompkins, J.), entered on June 21, 1988, is withdrawn, without costs and without disbursements. The motion to hold the appeal in abeyance is dismissed as moot. No opinion.
