Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Middlesex, where the court, R. O'Connell, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for judgment of foreclosure by sale and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court granted the defendants' motion to open the judgment and rendered judgment of strict foreclosure; subsequently, the court, Hon. Daniel F. Spallone, state trial referee, granted the plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment and rendered judgment thereon, from which the defendant Robert N. Williams appealed to this court. Affirmed.
