Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Hon. Robert Satter, state trial referee, rendered judgment of strict foreclosure; thereafter, the court, Freed, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment against the named defendant et al., and the named defendant et al. appealed to this court. Affirmed.
