A certificate granting leave (M-2333), by a Justice of this Court, having been entered on June 20, 2019, granting petitioner leave to appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 3, 2019,And petitioner-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, and upon vacatur, for an enlargement of time in which to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of vacating the dismissal, reinstating the appeal, and extending the time to perfect same to the January 2020 Term of this Court.
