ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's February 13, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, Trial Session.

On January 23, 2023, docket entry 16, respondent filed a Status Report indicating that the parties have resolved all outstanding issues in the case. Further the parties respectfully request an additional thirty (30) days to submit an executed decision document.

On February 2, 2023, the Court informally communicated with both the petitioner and respondent who indicated that they have agreed to a basis of settlement in this case.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court until further notice. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's February 13, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, Trial Session and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 6, 2023, the parties shall submit a Proposed Stipulated Decision document or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
