Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs.


For the reasons stated in The Merchants' National Bank of the City of New York v. The Columbia Spinning Company and Valentine P. Snyder et al., Receiver, etc. ( ante, p. 383), the order should be reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion denied, with ten dollars costs.
